Raising the Bar on Bars – Accel RECOVER®
PacificHealth Laboratories, Inc. — makers of Endurox R4 — recently debuted a new bar called Accel Recover®, which is designed to promote muscle recovery. Great taste is combined with three types of carbohydrates, as well as three different proteins and amino acids. According to the sports nutritionists behind this new product, the bar is unique in that it utilizes medium-chain triglycerides as the primary fat source. These rapidly convert into energy rather than fat. The bar is also very soft, unlike some of the other bars we’ve tried. Accel Recover is packaged 12 to a carton and comes in chocolate peanut butter flavor.
