A day of fun, food, fellowship, friendly/fierce competition and fundraising is in store! This event raises funds to help get to the cure for Alternating Hemiplegia of Childhood, a rare and debilitating neurological disorder.
Cure AHC works closely with Duke Children’s Hospital, which opened the first clinic for AHC with a “dream team” of doctors and specialists. This clinic helps create custom treatment plans for AHC “champions” worldwide, gathers critical data for research, and helps prepare the families for clinical trials.
Raise just $150 and you will get an awesome sweatshirt in addition to the T-shirt with your registration. There will be a new certified course, fully timed and reported, with a picnic celebration to follow. The first person to raise $2,500 gets a week’s accommodations at Hacienda Tres Rios in Playa del Carmen Mexico (a $3,500 value)!
