The 31st Annual YMCA Mistletoe Run in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, includes a half-marathon, 5k and Fun Run. The long-standing community event is known for its beautiful course that travels through historic neighborhoods, Reynolda Village, and the Wake Forest campus. The event has a festive holiday atmosphere, with sightings of the Mistletoe Man and runners dressed as elves or even Santa. True to the spirit of the YMCA, this is a family-friendly event.
