Wow! It’s been two years since my first Ramblin’ Rose. How time flies when you are having fun!! After hearing so many people rave about Ramblin’ Rose, I decided to run my first Ramblin’ Rose in 2013 and since then have been hooked! I have competed in two races and have recruited four wonderful ladies that have raced as well. Now two more friends have committed to racing in June 2015. Ramblin’ Rose races are always well organized. Whether you finish first or last, you leave with a feeling of major accomplishment! Competing in Ramblin Rose has given me the courage to venture out and now I’m training for my first half ironman relay in 2015.
I am so glad that this Ramblin’ Rose began 10 years ago and only regret that I didn’t “drink the Kool-Aid” sooner!
