Often named one of the best races in the country, Richmond’s Ukrop’s Monument Avenue 10K Presented by Martin’s will take place March 28th. This beautiful and flat course boasts more than 36,000 runners, Spirit Groups, live music and a kids’ race. Throw in an awesome post-race party and you’ve got yourself one of Richmond’s best social events of the year! From start to finish, this is one of the most fun and well-supported races in the country! Apart from an incredible corps of volunteers and spectators, the course is packed with tons of entertainment and amenities, including water stations, water & electrolyte stations, port-o-john stations, medical tents as well as bike medics along the course. There is also the CarMax Fan Zone which will be packed with friends, families and supporters.
New for the Ukrop’s Monument Avenue 10K in 2015 is the first-ever 10K Corporate Fitness Faceoff. Join companies from all over Richmond as they stride to make the area the most active region in the nation. The Massey Challenge is fueled by those who believe that research ends cancer and together we can save lives.
