Green leafy vegetables are packed with vitamins, minerals, and fiber that may help protect you from heart disease, diabetes, and possibly even cancer. But, not all leafy greens are created equal. Kale

Swiss Chard comes in a rainbow assortment of stem colors, so it is as pleasing on the plate as it is to the palate. Swiss Chard is a good source of vitamins A and C. It has a beet-like taste and soft texture that make it a great choice for sauteing.
Spinach
Spinach isn’t Popeye’s favorite vegetable for no reason, it is packed with vitamins A and C and is also high in folate. Spinach has a mild flavor and can be added to soups, pasta dishes, and casseroles.
