Polar’s new M450 is a compact cycling computer that retails at $169 yet includes features on computers that cost $100 more. The high contrast screen makes for easy reading while riding in sunlight. It also features a backlight for those shady roads, too. Features include a state-of-the-art GPS powered by a fast satellite connection to track your speed, distance and route. It also includes a heart rate monitor and a smart visibility front LED light for your safety. The M450 has 35 hours of recording time and battery duration up to 12 hours of training with heart rate and GPS on. It’s compatibale with Mac OS X 10.6 or later and PC Windows XP, 7, 8.
