The City of Concord Parks and Recreation Department’s Streetlight 5K will take place on Friday, July 12th at 7:30 pm in beautiful Historic Downtown Concord. The 5K will start/finish in Downtown Concord on Means Avenue and will run through the McEachern Greenway and continue on the Downtown Connector Greenway to the finish. This course is a USAT&F Certified Course. The Streetlight 5K will coincide with the Frolic Festival from 6 – 9 pm. This free festival is for the entire family and includes amusements, arts & crafts, and music. The Streetlight 5K and Frolic welcomes families to enjoy music, games and amusements for children, a 1 Mile Fun Run, and of course a 5K. This event will be fun for every family member whether they are running in the race or cheering their favorite runner to cross the finish line!
All pre-registered runners will receive a goodie bag and T-shirt. Pre-registration will close July 5.
Race Day Registration begins at 6:00 pm on Friday, July 12 on Means Avenue in Downtown Concord. Goodie bags and T-shirts are not guaranteed on race day.
FREE 1 Mile Fun Run: 7:00 pm. Registration is required.
Streetlight 5K: 7:30 pm. $15 pre-registration entry fee until July 5. $20 Race Day entry fee.
